We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with tags and original packaging. Your receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return reach out to us directly at theembertheory@outlook.com and we will walk you through the process. Please note that items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted. Once your return is approved we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and clear instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect contact us immediately at theembertheory@outlook.com and we will make it right — no questions asked. 🖤
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to return your original item and place a new order once the return is accepted. This ensures you get exactly what you want without delay. 🔥
European Union Customers
If your order is shipping to the European Union you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason without justification. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you of the outcome within 1 to 2 business days. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional processing time on their end.
If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not seen it please contact us at theembertheory@outlook.com and we will look into it immediately. 🖤
